After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

– Most digital products will be automatically sent to your email within minutes to 1 hour of purchase, depending on the number of orders waiting to be delivered at that time.
– With a few others not available on our server (due to the expiration of the license and we need to renew), we have to process your order manually. We will deliver ASAP, but please allow us up to 24 hours for processing!
Every single item on PetPOM is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

For Physical Products, if your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
